DIY Rattan Pendant Light

When I'm not technically a teacher during the Summer, I find a refreshed sense of inspiration in home improvement. Home improvement has given me an appreciation for design. There's something about changing up a space in my home that gives me a sense of renewal, or starting over. When finished, it looks so clean and pleasing to the eyes. I can't stop looking at it every 10 minutes! Plus, it increases your home's value :) 

Doing home improvement yourself can save you a ton of money. Sometimes, all it takes is a few Youtube videos to learn more. Today, I installed my DIY rattan pendant light. I thought about purchasing this from Thailand, but it was going to cost me $89! Fortunately, this Youtube video taught me how to make one myself for under $25!
